Internal Sales and Business Development

The Role
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up on outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
• Research accounts, identify key targets
• Maintain accounts and expand sales within customer base
• Working to KPIs set by Sales Manager
• Working closely with the rest of the sales team
• Account management required for existing accounts

The Candidate
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
